Project Management services are integral to the execution of any tasks ensuring effective, efficient, and timely completion of contracted services. Dauntless Global provides development of an Integrated Master Schedule to coordinate the IO&T schedule with other major schedules, such as construction, to ensure timely execution that mitigates risks associates with the schedules.  

 

Additional services include synchronization matrix, monthly reports and deliverables to the clients, buy list status reports (BLSR), project management office (PMO) functions, QA/QC functions, safety reports, and small business and transition plans.
